BPO Payroll

Responsibilities
  • Perform Human Resources/ Personnel Payroll task as requested by customer
  • Perform scheduled and/or ad-hoc processing according to SOP
  • Prepare payroll reports, report checking, do payroll reconciliation and prepare ad-hoc reports
  • Respond to customer database and standard database
  • Liaise with customer or payroll issues

Requirements
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Accounting/ Accounting, IPK 3.00 from reputable University
  • Having experience at least 3 - 5 years in related field
  • Experience in payroll process and HRMS Software (Oracle E-Business Suites/PeopleSoft will be an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge in Employee Tax Regulation (PPH 21/26)
  • Strong skill in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Able to work under pressure and can work overtime to meet deadline with minimum error (able to work on detail)
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision

Account Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain existing enterprise key accounts
  • Develop and acquire new account
  • Manage cross selling and up selling of Oracle Solution (applications, middleware, database, OS and servers & storage) to the existing accounts
  • Deal with presales activity management, including developing solution architecture design, proposal and presentation to prospects.

  • Discover up sell and cross-sell opportunities to existing account by the campaign that is being run or beyond.
  • Hand off to Pre Sales specialist and Project team; include the customer agreement plus recommended internal next steps.
  • Responsible to all administration document and from project start up to payment.
  • Identify high potential account.
  • Relationship Building with customer and Improve Customer satisfaction
Qualification :
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree from recognized university
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language: English
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in selling IT solutions as Account Executive/ Account Manager
  • Excellence communication skills, commercial & negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle customer & strong relationship
  • High Adaption & Good manner (Positive attitude)
